[Collaborative Research Case Study] Food Product Mal-Odor Detection with Saga University Ueno Laboratory

Aroma Bit is currently conducting collaborative research with Saga University’s Associate Professor Daisuke Ueno, specializing in the odor of agriculture, forestry and fishery products.
In this research, Aroma Bit’s new desktop-type high odor resolution measurement equipment Aroma Coder V2 Set is employed to detect odor changes of orange fruits during its storage.
